Refund policy

• We do not accept refunds.
  
• Merchandise must be exchanged within 7 days from the date you received your order.
• Always inform us by e-mail at griff@griffjewelry before sending back any item.
• Merchandise must not be worn, altered, washed, or used
• Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging and conditions
• Once we receive your merchandise and we approve the exchange, you have 7 days to choose whatever you want using your store credit
• Please note that you will be responsible for new handling, shipping costs, taxes, and duties.
• Customized items can not be exchanged.
• Return item is accepted and at the cost of GRIFF, in case a wrong product was sent
