We do not accept refunds.
- Merchandise must be exchanged within 7 days from the date you received your order.
- Always inform us by e-mail at griff@griffjewelry before sending back any item.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, washed, or used
- Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging and conditions
- Once we receive your merchandise and we approve the exchange, you have 7 days to choose whatever you want using your store credit
- Please note that you will be responsible for new handling, shipping costs, taxes, and duties.
- Customized items can not be exchanged.
