Shipping policy

  • The delivery time takes from 5 business day to 15 business days depending on the country. You will be provided with a tracking number to follow your order.
  • Orders shipped worldwide may be subject to custom or import fees. GRIFF® is not liable and has no control over customs and import taxes and it is impossible for us to predict if and/or how much you would be charged as these fees vary widely from one country to the other.
  • Customer will be responsible for shipping, taxes, and duties when returning any item to Lebanon. The total amount will be deducted from your credit.
